Final Week

I need your words of wisdom! What would you like to tell the kids coming into 6th grade next year? What do they need to know in order to be successful next year?

Don't do your homework at the last minute. Be prepared to go outside sometimes.

Try to keep your voice level at a whisper. Always do your homework and always turn it in on time. Pay close attention in class. Listen to the teacher while he/she is talking. While working in a pair or in a group, always listen to others ideas, never leave out classmates, and work together even if you don't like that person because you don't have to marry them. All it is, is just working a week or maybe even just a few minutes with them. Always have a positive attitude. If you don't understand something in class, never be scared to raise your hand and tell your teacher that you don't understand it. If someone is making fun of you, then don't listen to them because that person is apparently not a true friend. And most of all...Try not to grow up too fast because you have the rest of your life ahead of you! :)
